Interior fit-outs for schools and colleges

We design and deliver Cat A and Cat B interior fit-outs for new and existing education buildings. Our work spans space planning, partitions and acoustic control, durable floors and ceilings, integrated IT and AV, storage solutions, kitchens and welfare areas, as well as furniture and finishes. Programmes are planned around term dates, with phased works and out‑of‑hours options to reduce disruption.

Refurbishment of educational buildings

Our refurbishment service renews and reconfigures educational estates to meet curriculum needs, capacity changes and compliance requirements. Works can include strip‑out, structural alterations, roof and façade repairs, M&E upgrades, fire safety improvements, accessibility works and full interior refreshes. We liaise with estates teams, governors and stakeholders, and comply fully with Building Regulations and safety standards.

We staff each school project with fully DBS‑checked teams, mandate the carrying of ID on-site, and agree on secure sign‑in controls and supervised access procedures with site leadership.

Quality and handover

As the project approaches completion, our project manager will meet with stakeholders for a comprehensive snag review, complete O&M information handover and staff training where necessary.

We supply specialist equipment including benching, fume cupboards, gas proving, chemical storage areas and gas/power services installed to current guidance and tested before use.

IT, data and AV integration

We design structured cabling routes, install Wi‑Fi infrastructure, and specify digital whiteboards, projectors and audio systems with comprehensive testing ahead of project handover.

Libraries and study spaces

We design calm, acoustically controlled libraries and study spaces with accessible shelving, breakout zones, power provision and spaces for independent learning.

Dining, sports and welfare

Dining halls, serveries, staff kitchens, WCs and changing areas are fitted with hygienic surfaces, efficient heating, cooling and ventilation and durable fixtures and fittings.
