Hospitality & Leisure

From guest-facing areas to back-of-house operations, we create spaces that support great service and prompt return visits.

Interior fit out

We design and deliver Cat A and Cat B interior fit-outs for new and existing hospitality and leisure businesses. Typical programmes include front-of-house layouts, feature joinery, bar and service counters, plus kitchens, staff areas and welfare spaces. We specify and install durable floors and ceilings, acoustic treatments, decorative lighting, in‑room technology, signage and wayfinding. Our team will schedule work around trading hours and peak occupancy periods to minimise disruption to employees and customers.

Commercial refurbishment

We offer complete refurbishment programmes for hotels, restaurants, bars and leisure venues, whether that’s to support change-of-use, upgrade services and facilities, refresh decor and accommodation, or as part of a company or group rebrand. Works can include strip‑out, structural openings, façade and roof repairs, bedroom and bathroom refreshes and MEP upgrades. We also handle fire safety works, accessibility upgrades, pool and spa plant, and full commissioning.
