Interior fit out

We design and deliver Cat A and Cat B interior fit-outs for new and existing retail units and high street stores. The services we offer include store planning, perimeter and mid‑floor fixtures, service counters, fitting rooms, hard‑wearing floors and ceilings, feature and task lighting, in‑store graphics and signage, plus back‑of‑house and welfare areas. Programmes are planned around trading hours, with phased works, hoardings and night shifts to reduce disruption.

Commercial refurbishment

Our refurbishment service renews and reconfigures retail spaces to support new product launches, align with rebrands, or improve footfall and throughput. Works programmes can include strip‑out, structural openings, shopfront replacement, façade and roof repairs and full interior refresh. We also handle MEP upgrades or replacement, refrigeration and ventilation for food retail, fire safety improvements and accessibility works.
