Conversion of an existing car showroom into a state-of-the-art office facility comprising of testing areas, a breakout room, contemporary office space, and storage.

Refurbishment of this 14,350SF office including workspaces, testing areas, mobile workbenches, breakout areas, classrooms, storage space, and contemporary office space.

  • Strip out and enabling works.

    1. Mechanical and electrical installations.

    2. Feature lighting.

    3. Partitioning and joinery.

    4. Glazed partitions, wall and floor finishes.

    5. Internal doors.

00% programme achievement – delivering workspaces concurrently, we programmed sequential trade handovers, maximising efficiency. Programmes were monitored daily by site managers, with weekly progress meetings held with client representatives.

0 RIDDORS – maintaining a live risk register, reviewed daily by our Site Manager. Materials were delivered across a shared parking area, controlled by a dedicated banksman, reducing risk/disruption.
