Project Overview

The project involved the refurbishment and fit-out of Nexus House in Trafford, Manchester, for London & Quadrant Housing Trust. The scope included upgrading the office space to create a modern and functional working environment, with various interior enhancements and the installation of essential systems to support the new office operations.

  • Joinery package including partitioning, doors, framing and bespoke pieces

  • Glazed doors and partitioning

  • Plumbing package

  • Full M&E package including a full rewire,
    lighting, and data cabling

  • Flooring finishes throughout

  • Security systems including access controls, CCTV and intruder alarms

  • New kitchen facilities
