Office Fit-Out | Commercial Workplace

Hexa Projects delivered the fit-out of Nexus House, a modern office space for London & Quadrant’s Manchester operations.

The scheme created a clean, contemporary workplace, centred around full-height glazed partitioning to maximise natural light while maintaining acoustic performance and privacy across meeting rooms and offices.

Due to the nature of the client’s operations, the project required the integration of advanced access control systems, enabling secure zoning and controlled movement throughout the workspace. A dedicated server room was also delivered, incorporating coordinated power, cooling and data infrastructure to support critical business functions.

Works included full mechanical and electrical installations, lighting and high-quality finishes, delivered within a vacant site to allow efficient programme and sequencing.

The result is a secure, well-considered office environment that balances functionality, compliance and modern workplace design.
