Hexa Projects delivered the full design and build fit-out of The Collective Inc, a hybrid interior design store, bar and restaurant located on Boar Lane in Leeds.

The scheme required the integration of complex mechanical and electrical systems within a design-led environment. A bespoke commercial kitchen extraction system was installed alongside a heat recovery ventilation system, carefully coordinated to manage airflow, temperature control and energy efficiency across both retail and hospitality zones. The challenge was to seamlessly incorporate these services without compromising the aesthetic or customer experience.
