Refurbishment works, including delivery of window and door installations, to 28 occupied flats, across Riverside’s fully occupied, Grade II listed Dale Court residence.

Project Overview

Delivery had to consider the listed building status, the logistically complex site (e.g. town centre location), and minimising disruption to the public and often elderly and vulnerable tenants.

  • Site surveys including asbestos checks.

  • Strip out of existing windows & doors.

  • Erection and dismantling of scaffolding.

  • Removal of waste.

  • Fitment of new windows & doors.

  • Certification e.g. FENSA.

We worked with Riverside to develop a bespoke quality plan during mobilisation, aligned to their specification and Riverside Standards. We programmed an initial property sample of 10 refurbishments, used as pilot properties to review quality outputs, benchmark performance and finetune delivery.
