  • Working in occupied environments is a core part of our service. We phase activities, plan out‑of‑hours works where needed, and maintain safe access for staff and visitors. All projects are delivered in line with CDM and Building Regulations, with a clear quality regime and records for compliance.

Surveys and feasibility

Before work begins, we’ll carry out detailed condition surveys and feasibility studies to assess the best options for your refurbishment, identify risks and calculate the most cost-efficient approach.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing

Our certified engineers can replace or upgrade existing MEP systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, power, lighting and water for more reliable, energy-efficient operation and easier maintenance.

Strip‑out and structural alterations

We specialise in soft strip and asbestos‑aware methods to remove interior fixtures and fittings, and can carry out structural repairs or alterations as needed to prepare the site for refurbishment.

Fire safety and compliance

As part of a refurbishment, we can integrate new fire detection systems, alarms, emergency lighting, and suppression, coordinated with the existing building fire strategy and fully tested before handover.

Building envelope and façades

We can design or install new or replacement roofing, cladding, glazing and masonry, or carry out repairs to address water ingress, insulation gaps and overall aesthetics.

Interiors and finishes

We install partitions, ceilings, doors, floors and wall finishes to refresh and reconfigure interior spaces for new usage requirements, improve acoustics and climate control and enhance occupant comfort.
